Project Description

Demolition of an existing single family home and a triplex apartment (a total of four (4) units)

New construction of a six-story multifamily residential apartment building with 40 total units (including six (6) affordable), one level of parking at the first story and one subterranean level garage with 44 total parking spaces. The project provides 20 1-bedrooms and 20 2-bedrooms, approximately 63,432 sf of floor area, and 6,258 sf of recreation space including 383 sf of landscaping.

Entitlements

 This project is requesting a Site Plan Review entitlement (CCMC § 17.540.010.B.) and a Density Bonus Review (CCMC § 17.580.015 and Gov. Code Section 65915) for a density bonus and associated incentives/waivers (to be confirmed through the PPR Review process).
